All veterinary surgeons registered under Veterinary Surgeons and Practitioners Act No. 46 of 1956, in any state service and are members of any branch of this association shall be eligible for the membership of this association.
Veterinarians employed in following state institutions shall eligible for the membership of this association.
- Department of Animal Production and Health (DAPH)
- Department of Wildlife Conservation
- Department of National Zoological Gardens
- State Ministry of Livestock, Farm Promotion and Diary & Egg Related Industries
- Municipal Councils
- Other state institutions**
